in the salon, is a fast-paced how-to
guide to increasing sales in one of the toughest
retail environments: salons! In The
Bag has become the “sales
bible” for successful salon owners and
managers. Carol has produced several audio CD
programs to help salons and spas boost sales.
Ms.
Phillips is the founder of EncompassOne Group,
which offers full service marketing, branding,
service training, product development and sales
programs. Her group has done work for John Paul
Mitchell Systems, Nexxus, Redken, MD Formulations,
CA Botana, Peviona, and YG Labs. Carol has had
the pleasure of training spas like Canyon Ranch
Resorts, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salons, Glen
Ivy Hot Springs, and JCPenneys. Carol’s
company designed the original prototype spas
for Estee Lauder’s -Origins Spa and General
Nutrition Centres.
